Tell Me of Magic

Tell me, little one, of magic
In this place, none can touch you
The world listens.
I am with you in this quiet moment
Let your voice melt into the babbling creek
Your sighs drift away into the boughs above
Your thoughts stray further from the world beyond.
Soon we will travel away from the trees
On our way to distant lands where the sun does not rise

It falls

There lies your destiny, little one,
Hidden in plain sight
Waiting for you to find it.
