At the edge of a meadow beneath tall pines
I saw a shadow making its way to Zion
leading the blind across broken bridges...
Go on through conquered lands
Walk until you come to a road over still water
And wait for reflections to become reality
Come alive and draw you in...
Things fall apart at the edges, and on approach
Distortion in our vision spreads like cracks on pavement
Under that splintering bridge lives a prophet...
I was distracted by the moon when voices fell like rain
And brought me back from the light beyond that distant window
Your smile an anchor in storm-tossed seas
Hands that calm the fire for now...
